CMSI oversees its manufacturing and importing from headquarters in Preston, WA, and at CMSI's Shanghai China office. With 15 years doing business in China CMSI is the expert in importing scooters from China and sourcing quality components. Our Quality Control (Quality Plus program), inspection process begins before the scooters are even assembled. All parts are OEM quality checked to make sure they meet the OEM model specifications and US regulations. During assembly, CMSI's employees constantly check for proper assembly, fit and finish. Once the assembly is complete, each scooter under goes a final PDI (Pre-Delivery inspection) in China and the US, before it's carefully packaged and shipped to the dealer. TNG is the ONLY brand on the market that performs PDI and road or dyno tests on 100% of its scooters by American employees before shipping to dealers.

 Reasons Why CMSI Products Are Different...

About CMSI Engines:

All CMSI engines for 2007 feature certain high quality components that make them more
reliable, powerful and improved. These parts include Mikuni® brand carburetors for efficiency
and smooth power, Gates brand drive belts for longer transmission life, and SAISTM pollution
control systems that enable all of our engines to not only meet, but actually go below, the
tough EPA standards set for 2006 and beyond. One reason CMSI engines can do this is our
strict specifications on engine wear parts that are hardened to Japanese standards;

…..rear transmission shaft  78-83HRA
…..rear transmission idle shaft  78-83HRA
…..crankshaft assembly  45-55HRC
…..connecting rod  60-64HRC
…..piston pin  78-83HRA

fuel systems have been primed with Opti-Mizer fuel stabilizer that assures clean, "gunk-free"
fuel lines and carburetors, even after sitting over the winter.
